Win95 Public stations in Library

Thanks for everyone who gave me suggestions and ideas.

I just change the Win95 Shell to NALW95.EXE (NetWare Application Launcher 
for Win95) and running off from a NetWare v4.10 server (where our CDs and
netscape reside..., and NAL is acting as a menu utility, too.)

Also, I did make some changes about the winhlp32.exe according to the 
suggestions from this list.
