online reference

We are in the process of setting up online (email) reference service and
need to calculate staffing requirements.  We'd appreciate answers to the
following questions:

How many email questions does your institution have a month?
Are most of the questions in one specific subject area?
How big is your university (or other service population)?
How long have you been offering online reference services?

Please send me the info by email. I'll tabulate the results and post them to
the group.
