Mac software for turning on & off menu items?

I've been beta testing the IKIOSK software mentioned earlier on this list. 
It's a user-friendly little program that lets you turn on or off menu 
items in any piece of Windows software. It's working very well for Netscape
on our public PCs.

I was wondering if anyone knows of something similar for the Mac? Instead 
of using ResEdit to permanently disable menu items, is there something 
that lets you turn them off and back on again? Thanks in advance!
