Another option that works pretty well with Netware 3.xx or 4.xx is the
Microtest discport soloution, which invovles attaching generic scsi
towers or external drives to a discport (or discport pro) unit that
attaches directly to the ethernet. All drives may be mounted as netware
volumes, or as subdirectories of a netware volume (cdrom:medline1 etc.).
they also sell software which can be used on pc's dedicated to cdrom
serving only, which I beleive includes a runtime version of netware 4.x.
With discports the drives can be anywhere on an ethernet.
