Why won't WIN-HTTPD read my updated HTM docs?

I have just installed WIN-HTTPD on a 486 P.C. that is running a 
current version of Netscape.  I used HTML Writer to update the footer
of my homepage (and others), yet Netscape still loads the old version
of all the HTM docs in question.  I have tried replacing, deleting -
then replacing the documents.  I have even put them on a floppy, deleted
and unzipped a whole new server and the drn thing STILL loads the old 
documents!!!!!!!!!  What the heck is going on, and how do I solve the 
problem?
