CGI: a simple C program...

Mailout, a C shell script available from this URL:

http://www.galcit.caltech.edu/~joe/scripts/

Just something we picked up on the 'Net, it's simple to install and does what we
need. Be sure to read the security note that accompanies it. Not being the 
author, I claim no responsibility for the script.
