[web4lib] WWW for Libraries

I don't know about your job; but, mine delves into many of the issues being
discussed on web4lib.  It's impossible to separate what's web, what's
cataloging, what's programming, what's librarianship, etc.

This is a group of individuals dedicated to using all sorts of resources to
meet the customers needs.

Not that I want to see this turn into a free for all, how to get special
deals on airfare is one thing. How to use all our resources is another.
