Now it's time again for a little bit of praise for the SPINNER Web
Server Software ....

The errormessages are usually "hardwired" into the server software,
especially in the case of the  most widely spread CERN and NCSA servers.
So you would have to recompile the whole thang....

But fortunately, there are servers with configurable error messages
and one of these, a very good one, is the spinner web server.
Look at http://spinner.infovav.se (it's free, btw.)
