Electronic Journal Sites

There is a meta-site at University of British Columbia that has
links to 33 sites that are each collecting electronic journals.
It is

I have sent the individual in charge those sites recently
mentioned on Web4Lib that are not among his 33 sites.  I hope
they will be added.
