Hi Brian,

Have you checked out LibAnswers from Springshare (
http://springshare.com/libanswers/index.html)? It has an SMS reference
module that may be of interest.

http://www.textalibrarian.com/) is another popular service for SMS
reference.

These services allow for the creation of knowledge bases which can be
helpful for managing multiple kinds of reference transactions. I believe
both also offer the functionality to create widgets and manage several types
of virtual transactions from one platform. Someone please correct me if I'm
wrong.
