I never developed the stomach for wiki-editing, but feel free to add whatever 
you want from what follows.  It's a slow night on the reference desk, so I 
looked at the URLs for 20 pages worth of GS results for the search "duncan", 
and found results from the following resources/publishers.  Hard to say how 
deep the coverage is in any of them without a more concerted and focused 
effort.
