[Web4lib] Question for php/asp programmers

Both ASP and PHP offer time/hour functions. If you program it into the form
script, you would check against Hour(time). "If Hour(time) > 8 Then Sally",
etc. Submit Sally's name with email data to database. In PHP the function
is date("G");

Our reference questions submitted via email form are picked up by the
librarians staffing the Reference Desk. We also participate in statewide
chat service which rotates among the libraries. When its our turn we have a
schedule from which reference librarians will select four-hour blocks.
