Try logging into your ISP using one browser and then opening another
bowser to view the sites you are being restricted from. In other words,
start up IE, minimize it, the use Netscape to go to the site. WHat may be
happening is that your ISP (Worldnet?) may use a proxy causing problems
using a proxy to visit secured sites using another proxy. The two browser
trick has helped some folks work around that problem.
