web site redesign

Thanks to all of you who have responded so far to my request for advice on
web site redesign.
If anyone would like a summary, please let me know.

I neglected to say that we are in fact using Dreamweaver 3. The original site
was hand-coded I believe. See it at:

I would appreciate any comments on the old site if anyone is inclined.

Do any of you have opinions on using server side includes versus Dreamweaver
library items? We are thinking of going with library items.
