Good morning, all

BYTE magazine had three versions last year: no Java (CGI only) mixed Java
and CGI, and pure Java. On my newly-revamped site I implemented the CGI,
because many of our users still have brwosers that break on Java. To try it,
go to http://metronet.lib.mi.us/FCL/informat.html as a typical page that
uses it. I called it the "Site Navigator" and placed it at the bottom of all
second- and third-level pages. Feel free to view and use the source.
