Web maintenance by committee?

Here at the GTU Library I am the web coordinator.

Each department and section is responsible for the content of their pages.

We have a set of guidelines for maintaining visual continuity on all of the
pages.

Within the reference section we meet weekly to discuss proposed changes tot
he web pages, usually such changes are uploaded as web pages that are not
linked to the public pages, we look at these pages before the meetings.
