The CIC (the academic consortium of the members of the Big Ten athletic
conference and the University of Chicago) Electronic Journals Collection
is found at http://ejournals.cic.net/

Another valuable resource is NEWJOUR: Electronic Journal & Newsletter
Archive, for new journals and newsletters on the Internet. NEWJOUR is
found at http://gort.ucsd.edu/newjour/

Both have embedded links to URLs in most cases.
