Web-based reference chat clients

Hi all,
I know that many of us use LibraryH3lp for our web-based
reference/information chat service...but there are some others we've seen,
including:

RefChatter
Mosio
Live!Zilla
Trillian

Is your library using a chat client not on this list? Do you like it?
