Duty Roster

We use a Google calendar in that manner for our reference desk staffing. I
created a calendar that was shared with all reference librarians. I put
repeating slots on the calendar for individuals throughout the semester,
but all librarians have permissions to edit the central calendar. The
person staffing each shift is invited to the central calendar, so it
appears on their personal calendar. It is dependent on them all using
Google Calendar for their work calendar.
