EZ-Proxy account validation

Howdy!

   Not sure if this is the place to ask this.

 

We have a very old EZ-Proxy user validation system, and the web page through
which the validation occurs is through a third-party.

 

The issue with this is, it is uncertain whether I can setup logic so that an
error message displays if the credentials entered are invalid.

 

How are others setting up this validations?  Just curious.
