Where Is The Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations Union Catalog ?

Please feel free to use OATD.org (Open Access Theses and Dissertations).
It's up to date, excludes non-OA records that get included in NDLTD
records, and is generally your cool, hip alternative to searching ETDs
(where "cool" and "hip" are largely determined by me, with input from a
cadre of Smart People).
