WorldCat Registry

I could be wrong but I believe that WorldCat FirstSearch makes use of it.  I'm 
not sure about WorldCat.org. The other vendor who talked to me about using it 
was Agricola from the National Agriculture Library. But from what I can see 
they never made use of it for putting OpenURL links into Agricola.

So Ken you have a point that this very useful service really hasn't been used 
to it's capacity. Any fee-based services tend to do their own and not rely on it.
