The computer classes that Anaheim offers include Computer Basics, Introduction to the Internet and Introduction to e-mail. At this point two library staff members (an instructor and an assistant) will hold a class for up to 20 people in library computer lab at one of the library locations. Marketing is done through digital signage, the Library Newsletter, the Department of Community Services magazine, and through the library’s web page and Facebook page. We are not providing any virtual services along these lines.

Subject: [WEB4LIB] Face2face ICT training

Hello everyone,

Hope you are well.

What is the current news regarding presenting ICT literacy in a face-to-face environment?

Does your institution offer face2face ICT literacy workshops?
How do you manage these workshops?
How do you market these workshops?
Have you moved more towards virtual face2face workshops?

I would appreciate any information or suggestions.

Thank you in advance and have a great day
janette
