For gmail I made 2 filters and put something like:
Subj: [WEB4LIB]*
Subj: Re: [WEB4LIB]*
From: WEB4LIB at LISTSERV.ND.EDU
 I think the similar works on other systems, but often if you use something 
 other than Gmail (even then) (MS Exchange , Lync, etc.) sometimes it is configured to go though a Spam filter (a dedicated system, a few i know are Barracuda Networks (on site),  SonicWall (on site), AppRiver (cloud)). Ask your IT Guy/Gal about it, they are more than happy (or at least this one is) to fix it!
