Thanks so much, Bryan! We think we've identified the problem. It appears we've simply used all the available ports on the proxy server and need to open up more in the firewall. Our IT department is doing that today. I'll report back either way.

Hi Joel,

This is what we have.  As per OCLC support, we don't usually have the host
in the stanza when it is contained in the URL.  However, this one seemed
to need it, so it's there and it works.  I just tested it.
