Content strategist positions?

Hi,

While it isn't a content strategist position per se, my position as Web Content Specialist includes a significant degree of content strategy responsibility (and MOST of the same letters in the job title!). I wasn't hired directly into this position as it is currently written though; it has evolved while I've held it.

Has any academic library besides the University of Michigan successfully hired a web content strategist position? If you have, would you be willing to share a job description & salary information with me? I'm working on putting together a proposal for hire and there aren't many examples to choose from. (I've found some higher ed positions, but not in libraries).
