Circulation Statistics!

Hello,
Does anyone know of any free software(s) to collect circulation statistics? Currently we are using excel and its very cumbersome and time consuming to compile monthly and yearly circulation statistics.  Also, If any one is willing to  share their module, it would be greatly appreciated.
