CMS users: Help a library school student?

*	How and where did they hear about CMS?
*	What were your motivations to adopt CMS for its use (library website or any other purpose)
*	What were your decision making criteria? and What is the name of CMS used?
*	What are the important benefits or advantages of a particular CMS  over an old system or another CMS system they've used in the past?
*	How was the learning curve?
