Using OCLC ContentDM Hosted Solution

We are exploring the possibility of moving from a locally hosted implementation of OCLC ContentDM and wondered if any other libraries are currently using OCLC's hosted solution and if you would share your experience.  Why did you go with the hosted solution?  How is the support?  Are you pleased with the service?
