Ms. Linda M. Schwartz! Greetings from the College of Medicine, King Khalid University Hospital, King Saud University, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia(www.ksu.edu.sa<http://www.ksu.edu.sa/>). I have been inspired to write to you by your email's last-line entry:
Libraries are about service--not books. Information where & when you want it with librarians as professional guides..
I have been searching for a definition which could inspire and at the same time, be practical, logical and easily acceptable and with your email I got that. God Bless You!
May I ask for one thing and that is, if instead of "not books", can we add "reading materials" as that encompasses the whole of the library collections. Please guide me. Thanks!
With my best wishes of peace and blessings!
Sincerely
Syed Arif Mahmood Bokhari
