Actually yes, you ate close. In addition to the ILS I am responsible for maintaining the PCs the public uses including the time management and print management software used in the public library. I also maintain the roaming profiles and group policies on the domain controller.
As fire the web pages, we have the benefit of having a full timer graphic artist on staff and she is responsible for that.

That you may do some of the following: research, plan, implement and maintain public access technologies (public workstations, perhaps the ILS), possibly including training staff on maintaining and supporting their use. You might also be in charge of some or all web-based services, depending on the size of your institution.
That’s my take. With “systems” in the title, I assume a fairly technological focus, with ‘public access’ in the title, I assume less ILS-based work (traditional tech services) and more technology used by and for the patrons.
Am I close? I also really like Susan’s breakdown of titles and their perceived meaning. I think she hit the nail on the head.

To me, "Electronic Resources Librarian" implies that the person is managing licensed content. This usually includes things like vendor relations, licensing issues, the link resolver, federated search or discovery tool, possibly libpages.
"Digital Collections Librarian" could cover the same ground in theory, but in practice it often means managing content *owned* by library that is the process of being digitized, such as special collections material. It would also include managing the system for accessing such content.
The title "Systems Librarian" covers a multitude of sins, but usually implies the person managing the ILS, at least at the application level and possibly at the server level.
Of course, you *could* take the ALA route and create a long title with and equally long acronym. :)
