Question: Virtual Libraries

Hello,

I would extend to any electronic resources selected by the local librarian
(but not obligatory bought by the local library which is the library
digital collection).

This includes free online resources (databases, etc), but also selected OAI
repositories aggregated at the OPAC.

Of course this a personal definition.
