As for the cost of using a Pi or some other Android based product the
prices look like this.

Cost of Board                   28 to 55
Cost of 8 gig sim card              12
Cost of 19" monitor (HDMI)     95  ) I purchased this today at my local
Wal_mart
USB Mouse Keyboard             15
USB extender
