library statistics

We use LibAnalytics from Springshare.  I highly recommend it!   It does MORE than just ref desk stats.  You can track anything and create any form you like.  Very adaptable.

I'm evaluating open sources programs for library statistics. Our library installed in 2009 Libstat, http://code.google.com/p/libstats/, but it is not longer updated. Please, let me know what program can track, in a simple way, statistics for library reference & service desks questions asked.
