pay rate for outsourcing library web design project

Dear colleagues,

Do you have experience hiring external people or web design company to work
on your web re-design project? How much do they normally charge? I am
particularly interested in knowing the hourly rate. If you have names of
your favorite people or companies, could you share the info with me (off
list if you prefer)
