Launch of Alt-Ed Blog < MOOCs / Badges

I am pleased to inform you of the launch of a new blog titled  _Alt-Ed_

_Alt-Ed_ is s devoted to documenting significant initiatives relating to Massive Open Online Courses, digital badges, and similar alternative educational projects.

I have seeded the blog with several core entries and will be adding others as time permits.

I am particularly interested in learning of any library initiatives that currently integrate with these services or that are being planned.
