We used the hosted version of Omeka to set up an online exhibit: Medical Milestones in Dallas, 1890-1975. It was quite easy and any time there was a snafu, I usually received a quick response. Not all of the bells and whistles are available with the hosted version, but it is a snap to get an exhibit up, even for the technically-challenged.

Subject: [WEB4LIB] Open Source Digital Archives Displays

I am in the process of creating a digital display of old photographs for the archives where I work, and I was wondering if anyone can share some good experiences with open source software for digital photograph displays.

Thank you for your help,
