Subscriber count by country

Interesting that Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands aren't considered 
in the Australia count (which you mark at 73 after resubbing after being booted 
off due to a conflict with Spam Assassin).

I'd just like to say I love this list and the majority of informative discussions 
that place on it.
