Feedback on Infotrieve cloud products

Hello List,

I am looking for someone who would be willing to share their experience on behalf of my library (non-profit research, special library):
Does your library engage infotrieve in conjunction with a discovery layer (such as Summon or Primo)? Or are you a library who is using infotrieve mobile library  as a discovery solution?  What has your experience been with:

Customer service

The discovery  aspects (searching/ retrieval/ indexing)

repository hosting
