For what it's worth (I am the project manager)--
Library Journal and Bowker PubTrack Consumer are currently fielding a
national survey of 2500+ public library users that includes specific
questions on mobile devices and current/future penetration and use of
mobile phones by library patrons.
We are also asking public library patrons which library activities they
would most like perform via their smartphones.
For more information. www.patronprofiles.com
Thanks, bg
