As this list is run by Listserv software, you can set this for yourself.
As Roy said

One of the settings you can control is "Mail Header Style", and you need
to choose the option:

LISTSERV-style, with list name in subject [SUBJECTHDR]

Alternatively, you can set this and many other options, by sending an
email message from the address at which you are subscribed to the list,
to LISTSERV at LISTSERV.ND.EDU containing the line

SET WEB4LIB SUBJ

This, and much more, is explained at the "List-Help" addresses given at
the end of the headers of every message sent through the list, including
this one.
