I have two Wordpress installs and a wiki (or two?) on DreamHost and
love it. One-click installs, lots of documentation (in case you want
to do anything tricky), and very helpful and responsive tech support
(in case that tricky thing goes wrong). They also give you some space
you can use for backups, which is nice. I don't use Vaultpress, but I
think they support it.
A coworker of mine uses BlueHost and raves very similarly. I trust his
opinion enough that I'd say you you're safe with either of those
options.
