[Web4lib] Desktop sharing and chat software

This seems to come up a lot.

We use GoToMeeting, which is, I think, about $500 per year for up to
15 participants.

There are many other solutions out there including WebEx and Adobe
Connect. There are also free solutions, but I have yet to see a very
positive report on one of them.
