Objetives:

 To exhibit and to debate a basic set of concepts and approaches sociotécnicos elaborated in order to mitigate the predominant ignorance sociotecnocultural that acts as barrier to understand and to confront the complexity of situations of change in social sectors subject to big transformations generated by the infotecnologías (Technologies of the Information) and therefore to impede a human reasonable use of these in the complex digital age through that we live.

 (The human activities are unrolled in an environment very complex and so subordinated to the
 infotecnología, which already is not simply social, but deeply tecnosocial (New Environment Tecnosocial, NET).
