[Web4lib] Karen Schneider tribute

This is great, and well-deserved. Although diminutive in physical stature,
Karen is a giant in both personality and professional footprint. I am
honored to call her "friend". Kudos to the Publib community for recognizing
the treasure they have had in her long leadership. I also hasten to add that
Karen has served for many years on the Web4Lib Advisory Board, along with
Thomas Dowling and Bernie Sloan -- all of whom are inaugural members of that
body.
