[Web4lib] for any journal publisher interested in translating a Chinese journal of Social Sciences

One member of IFPRI's board that I from Chinese Academy of Sciences is interested in knowing if there is any journal interested in translating and publishing an English version of the journal that CAAS publishes.  Any idea or leads of who may be interested will be much appreciated.
