Hi Antoinette,
We're currently using QR codes for a historical project. We have them up on
doors in various places on our community. They take the patron to a flickr page
with a historic photograph and information from a community historian. We've
been doing well so far-the one on the library door has been read about 35 times
in the last week. Here are some examples:

We've done about 25 of these, and if we're successful, I'm sure we'll do more.
The response has been very positive.

Hope this helps!
Liz

Hello,

Has your library implemented QR codes?  If so, what are you seeing in terms of
usage or average scans per code each month?  Have you found that certain uses of
QR codes in your library caught on more quickly with clients than others?  If
yes, how so?  Please share your experience.
