[Web4lib] Boopsie Anyone?

Since I work for LibraryThing I'll make a totally impartial and incredibly
unbiased contribution here. I think Boopsie's a great solution, but well,
I'm fond of Library Anywhere. Library Anywhere should be a lot cheaper, and
we have a public price list:
