[Web4lib] Skillset for new librarians

It might be a fun exercise to supply a range of technical skills that
librarians can exhibit, say from no html to web server administration pro
and have your students rank themselves. This would give them the opportunity
to see where they fall in the competitive market (could be anonymous) and
against their in-class peers.

Nothing like the "scared straight" methodology to teaching...
