[Web4lib] Specialty Public Libraries Offer More, but . . .

Seems inconvenient, too, though. You live in a large county with skads of 
branches, one within walking distance or easy driving distance, but now 
you've got to go allover the county, from one library to another. Just a 
thought. Think of the patrons. Always think of the patrons. Patrons = 
taxpayers who pay for public libraries.
